About us

We are Manuela and Carolina, originally from small towns in the province of Córdoba, Argentina (Melo and General Deheza), and we have been living in Brazil since April 2018. Today, we have chosen Arraial do Cabo as our home.

Since arriving in Brazil, we have worked in hospitality across different roles — from housekeeping and front desk to managing and running our own hostel — which gives us a complete understanding of the properties we manage today.

We know every corner of this paradise — often called the Brazilian Caribbean — and we want to share it with you by helping you find the perfect place to stay.

In addition to helping travelers, we also work with property management for short-term rentals, offering consulting, home staging, and full listing management.

We operate on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Temporada Livre, helping property owners improve their performance and increase the value of their properties in Arraial do Cabo.
